  • 1 kg chicken liver (s)
  • 100 ml oil
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 2 teaspoons, crushed paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Mix the oil with pepper, salt and paprika. Wash the liver, pat dry and add to the seasoned oil. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the liver on a baking tray lined with baking paper and distribute it. Now put in the preheated oven and cook at 200 ° C for approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
  3. The spices are to our taste, if you like it spicier, you can add the seasoning to your taste.
  4. We like to eat mashed potatoes and salad with it.
