Chicken Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Mashed Potatoes – 0.5 Kilogram
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Cheese – 150 Grams
  • Dill – 0.5 Bunch
  • Parsley – 0.5 Bunch
  • Pickled Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Marinated zucchini – 2 Pieces
  • Oil – To taste
  • Chicken fillet – 0.5 Kilogram

Directions

  1. First of all, we collect all the ingredients for cooking.
  2. Wash chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces. We put the pan on the fire, put the butter, throw in the meat and fry it.
  3. Knead mashed potatoes, drive in 2 eggs, add sour cream and mix. The puree will be smooth.
  4. Rinse the greens, dry them with a paper towel and finely chop with a knife or chop with scissors.
  5. Add ready-made herbs to mashed potatoes and mix again, salt and pepper.
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put half of the puree in it, then the fried fillet pieces. Cut the pickled vegetables into small pieces and place them on top of the chicken in a mold.
  7. Put the puree on top again, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We send everything into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished casserole a little, then cut it and serve it to the table.
