Chicken Meatballs with Asparagus

Directions

  1. First, put the onion, peeled garlic and cilantro in a blender. Chop vegetables.
  2. Then add the asparagus in chunks. Grind everything again.
  3. Finally, add the zucchini. Process the ingredients into small pieces or gruel.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir in the corn, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and minced meat.
  5. Then mix both masses. Make meatballs from the minced meat.
  6. Send the products to bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Everything is ready!
