Chicken Meatballs with Asparagus

Ingredients
- Chicken mince – 500 grams
- Asparagus – 360 Grams
- Frozen corn – 100 Grams
- Zucchini – 1 Piece
- Green onions, feathers – 2 Pieces
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Breadcrumbs – 120 Grams
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Cilantro – 1 Bunch
- Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1 Pinch
Directions
- First, put the onion, peeled garlic and cilantro in a blender. Chop vegetables.
- Then add the asparagus in chunks. Grind everything again.
- Finally, add the zucchini. Process the ingredients into small pieces or gruel.
- In a separate bowl, stir in the corn, oregano, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and minced meat.
- Then mix both masses. Make meatballs from the minced meat.
- Send the products to bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Everything is ready!
