Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 250 g pasta
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped herbs, Italian, dried
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry in butter until golden.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente and mix the cream with the egg yolks and the dried herbs.
  3. In a buttered casserole dish, first put the pasta, then the meat and spread the cream mixture over it. Then sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
