Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 leek
  • 400 g tomato (s), canned, cut into pieces
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • 400 ml water
  • 150 g pasta (fork spahetti)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into thick slices. Fry vigorously in half the oil. Salt, pepper and remove from the pan. Clean and wash the leek and cut into strips. Steam in the rest of the oil. Add the tomato pieces and herbs. Pour in water, stir in fork spaghetti, bring everything to a boil and cook covered for about 10 minutes. Then fold in the meat, heat it up and season to taste again
