Chicken Parmesan Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless 3 pcs
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Flour 125 gr
  • Eggs 5 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs 230 gr
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Ricotta cheese 250 gr
  • Marinara sauce 680 gr
  • Lasagne sheets 8 pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated 150 gr
  • Parmesan cheese, grated 150 gr

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half, salt and pepper on all sides. Dip the fillets first in flour, then in eggs (beat 4 pieces) and breadcrumbs. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Place the fried fillets on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese and egg in a bowl. The mass should be homogeneous.
  3. Prepare a baking dish, grease, or oil if necessary. In the first layer, spread the marinara sauce over the bottom of the tin. Then 4 sheets of lasagna. Next is the ricotta cheese sauce. Then 3 slices of chicken. The layer of mozzarella and parmesan. Grease the cheese layer with the marinara sauce and spread out 4 sheets of lasagna.
  4. Next is the ricotta cheese sauce. The layer of leftover chicken, followed by parmesan and mozzarella. Marinara sauce again. And the final layer of two kinds of cheese. Cover the tin with foil or a lid.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for about 45-60. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking to create a golden-brown crust. Enjoy your meal!
