  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hotter
  • Fat, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small, thin pieces
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, baking powder, and paprika powder
  3. Stir in the milk
  4. Slowly stir in the flour until you have a smooth batter
  5. Heat the fat in a deep pan to 160-180°C (320-350°F) over medium-high heat
  6. Dip each chicken piece in the batter to coat all sides
  7. Let excess batter drain for about 10 seconds
  8. Fry the coated chicken immediately in the hot fat until golden brown
