  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 ¼ glass flour
  • 0.5 kg ½ chicken breasts
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, hotter
  • Fat, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. (Glass = water glass)
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the spices and baking powder. Then stir in the milk and then slowly stir in the flour. Cut the chicken into small and thin pieces beforehand. Heat the fat. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, drain a little and bake immediately.
