  • Chicken fillet (breast) – 1 pc.
  • Ham (sliced) – 3-4 thin slices
  • Minced meat – 200-250 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sherry (sherry) – 50 ml
  • Chopped parsley – 2-3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 1-2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5-0.75 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add minced meat and breast to eggs. Mix.

  2. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in wine. Pour in crackers. Add parsley. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Put about half of the minced meat. Top with slices of ham. Add the remaining minced meat. Smooth with a spatula. Cover with foil. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Pour water into a deep baking sheet. Put the minced meat dish into the water. Cook chicken pudding for 2 hours.
