This oven chicken pudding recipe is very simple and the result will please you. Delicate, airy and very appetizing dish, every bite of which literally melts in your mouth. And if you spread chicken pudding on bread or toast, you have a great, hearty snack to take with you.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 300 g
Milk – 50-70 ml
Eggs (yolks) – 2 pcs.
Butter – 15 g + for greasing the mold
Wheat flour – 3 teaspoon
Salt to taste *
For filing (optional):
Fresh parsley – 1 sprig
Directions
Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet, fill with water and boil for 20-25 minutes after boiling. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into arbitrary pieces. We pass the fillet through a meat grinder.
We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We heat the milk until hot. Dissolve the butter in hot milk. Separate the yolks from the whites. We don’t need proteins.
Place the twisted chicken fillet in a deep bowl. Add yolks, flour and salt. Pour in the milk and butter and whisk lightly with a blender.
Grease the baking dish with butter and put the resulting mass in it. Cooking chicken pudding in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
When serving, decorate the chicken pudding cooked in the oven with fresh herbs.
