Ingredients

  • 250 g rice
  • Salt water
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 400 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 large pepper (s), color as desired
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 400 ml chicken broth
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into cubes (not too big and not too small). Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers, wash them as well and cut into small strips or cubes. Dice the onion as well.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the meat, season with paprika and fry. Then remove the meat and keep it warm.
  3. Now put the onion and peppers in the pan and sweat until everything is nice and translucent. Then add the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Now add the meat. Add tomato paste and spread it in the pan with the ingredients.
  4. Deglaze with the chicken stock and add the cream. Let it reduce a little until the sauce has the consistency you want. Season with the spices and serve with the rice.
  5. You can also serve a fresh leaf salad. If you don`t like rice, you can also serve ribbon noodles with it.
