Chicken Roll with Filling

If you have chicken breast and you are tired of just frying or baking it, then be sure to check out this recipe. You will receive an original festive and delicious hot dish.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 3 Pieces
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – To taste
  • Bacon – 200 Grams
  • Hard cheese – 200 Grams
  • Sour cream – 4 Art. spoons (or mayonnaise)

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices and beat each well.
  2. Season the breast with salt and place 1-2 slices of cheese on top of it.
  3. Now you need to put the bacon on the cheese. You can cut it into small pieces or lay it in whole slices.
  4. Roll up the filled breast into a tight roll.
  5. Turn the oven on 180 degrees, grease a baking sheet with oil and put rolls on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread sour cream or mayonnaise on top. You can add dill or other herbs to sour cream.
  6. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes and serve with a side dish.
