Chicken Roll with Gelatin

Do not rush to the store to buy meat snacks for the festive table, because you can cook them yourself. For example, everyone can make such a delicious chicken roll with gelatin.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Piece (medium size carcass)
  • Gelatin – 30 Grams
  • Spices – To taste (ground black pepper, seasoning for chicken, dried garlic, ground paprika)
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. First, we thoroughly rinse the chicken under running water and remove the skin from it.
  2. Now we need to cut all the meat off the bones.
  3. And cut it into small pieces.
  4. We transfer the meat to a bowl or saucepan and salt it to taste.
  5. Next, we clean and wipe dry any flat surface, cover it with a layer of cling film. Put the chopped chicken flesh (in one layer) on the film and beat off the meat with a hammer.
  6. In a separate bowl, we mix dry gelatin and our favorite chicken spices, sprinkle the beaten meat with the prepared mixture evenly.
  7. Now we are very carefully folding the meat into a roll (the film should not get inside the roll).
  8. We wrap our roll in several layers of cling film.
  9. Then it should be wrapped in several layers of foil.
  10. We spread the roll in a narrow shape (seam up) and pour 1/3 of water into it. We bake the roll in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for one hour, after which we let it cool at room temperature. When the roll has cooled down, we transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it in it for 2-3 hours, this time is enough for it to freeze.
  11. After the time has passed, we just have to unfold the roll carefully and cut it in portions.
