Spicy fried chicken with tomatoes, green salad, croutons, mustard sauce and cheese, wrapped in a pita leaf, is an instant dish, a great option for a snack.

Ingredients
Thin lavash – 1 pc.
Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
Lettuce leaves – 8 pcs.
Tomato – 1 pc.
White bread croutons – to taste
Hard cheese – 100 g
Sour cream – 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Hot mustard – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry, cut into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry fillets in a frying pan in vegetable oil, add turmeric.
Fry the chicken fillet until tender for 5-7 minutes. Add sesame seeds two or three minutes before the end of frying.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
Cut the tomato thinly.
Grate cheese.
To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
Expand lavash and cut into rectangles.
Grease the surface of the pita bread with mustard sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Place 2 lettuce leaves.
Put tomato slices and chicken pieces on the salad, not reaching the bottom edge.
Sprinkle with croutons.
Cover with two lettuce leaves.
Fold the bottom edge of the pita bread.
Roll up pita bread with a roll. To prevent the pita roll from unfolding and to be easier to hold, wrap the roll in the center with a strip of parchment.
