Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ chicken (roast chicken), grilled
  • 5 slices pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice from the can
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, drained
  • salt
  • Pepper, black
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Skin and bone the chicken. Cut the meat into cubes about 1/2 cm. Cut the pineapple into even pieces.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and pineapple juice until creamy and season with the spices. Now fold in the pineapple and the chicken cubes and season to taste again.
  3. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour until eaten.
