Chicken breast schnitzel breaded with rusks is an unusual and very tasty chicken dish that can be prepared in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients
Chicken breast – 1 pc. (450 g)
White bread – 10 slices
Egg – 1 pc.
Milk – 2-3 tablespoon.
Flour
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Spices to taste
Directions
Wash the chicken breast thoroughly with cold water and cut into 2 pieces.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
Beat off the meat and salt each piece a little.
Now start cooking crackers. Remove the rough crust from the bread slices. Then cut into cubes.
Dry the bread in a frying pan or in the oven. The croutons are ready in about 10 minutes.
Beat the egg with a culinary whisk, season with salt, add spices.
Then add milk (optional!).
Dip the chicken fillet in flour.
Then dip in beaten egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Start frying. Preheat a frying pan. Put the schnitzel in breadcrumbs in the pan.
Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil (you can also add ghee) over medium heat, 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. When the schnitzel is ready, place on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
