Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 shallot (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), organic
  • salt
  • Pepper White
  • 4 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 12 slices bacon
  • possibly chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into 24 cubes.
  2. Roughly chop the parsley. Rub the lemon peel and squeeze the lemon.
  3. Mix the lemon juice with the oil, lemon zest, parsley, salt and pepper. Put the chicken with the marinade in a freezer bag, close it and marinate for at least 4 hours. Peel and quarter the shallots. Halve the bacon slices.
  4. Wrap half a slice of bacon around a piece of meat and stick on skewers. I always put 3 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of shallots on a skewer.
  5. Do not grill the skewers for too long, otherwise they will get dry. If you like it spicy, you can add 1 finely chopped chilli pepper to the marinade.
  6. Of course, you can also fry the skewers in the pan.
