Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast, fresh
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red or orange
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 150 ml water
  • Ketchup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot and sweet
  • Cumin powder
  • 4 slices cheese your choice
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil, cold-pressed

Instructions

  1. Cut open the burger buns and set aside. Peel the onions, garlic and peppers, cut into large pieces and set aside.
  2. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, cut out the tendons and cut the meat into large pieces, then turn through the meat grinder. Grind in onions, peppers and garlic at the same time. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, hot and sweet paprika powder and mix by hand.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the burger buns briefly on the inside, put them to one side and cover with cheese.
  4. Fry the minced meat for approx. 4 - 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, roast and deglaze with water. Season to taste with the ketchup and spices.
  5. Spread the slop on the underside of the burger bun, close and serve.
  6. We recommend: prepare lots of napkins!
