Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (approx. .5 kg)
  • 100 g noodles (weddin noodles)
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 3 liters water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • some dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces. Put in a saucepan with water, season with salt and cook until the chicken is cooked through. When the meat is done, remove it from the pot.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and the carrots into strips. Wash, peel and cut the potato into cubes.
  3. Put the potatoes in the boiling broth, cook for about 10 minutes. Add the carrots. After about 2 minutes, add the onion and then immediately add the pasta. Cook until the pasta is ready. About 5 minutes before the pasta is ready, add the bay leaves to the soup.
  4. When the soup is ready, the meat can be put back in (cut into small pieces if necessary). Serve seasoning and sprinkled with dill or parsley.
