Chicken Stewed in Pieces

This is a simple and versatile way to cook chicken in chunks.

- Wash the chicken. I have the front of the carcass, but any will do.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Salt, sprinkle with seasoning.
- Put in hot oil and fry over high heat until a crust appears.
- Pour in water, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add your favorite spices and / or vegetables.
- Add finely chopped greens 2 minutes before the end of cooking. The chicken is ready.
