Chicken Stewed in Pieces

This is a simple and versatile way to cook chicken in chunks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken meat – 500 g Gram (part of the carcass)
  • Water – 1 Glass
  • Salt – To taste
  • Chicken Seasoning – To taste
  • Oil – 1-2 Art. spoons
  • Greens – To taste

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken. I have the front of the carcass, but any will do.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  3. Salt, sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Put in hot oil and fry over high heat until a crust appears.
  5. Pour in water, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add your favorite spices and / or vegetables.
  6. Add finely chopped greens 2 minutes before the end of cooking. The chicken is ready.
