Chicken – 1 Piece
Broth – 0.5 Cups
Dry red wine – 0.5 Glasses
Butter – 1
Garlic – 40 Cloves
Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
Thyme – 1 Teaspoon
Marjoram – 1 Teaspoon
Thyme – 3/4 Teaspoons

Directions
We wash the chicken, dry it on a paper towel. We cut the bird into large pieces. We send to fry in oil in a hot frying pan. Make the fire medium.
