Chicken Stewed with Garlic

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1 Piece
  • Broth – 0.5 Cups
  • Dry red wine – 0.5 Glasses
  • Butter – 1
  • Garlic – 40 Cloves
  • Oregano – 1 Teaspoon
  • Thyme – 1 Teaspoon
  • Marjoram – 1 Teaspoon
  • Thyme – 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Black pepper – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. We wash the chicken, dry it on a paper towel. We cut the bird into large pieces. We send to fry in oil in a hot frying pan. Make the fire medium.
  2. We take out the chicken for now and transfer it to a separate bowl. Add broth and some dry wine to the pan. Pour in all the spices. You can also add a dash of turmeric for flavor. Then toss in the garlic cloves. You do not need to clean them. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Pour the garlic broth into a bowl where the chicken is. The dishes should be with a thick bottom. We turn on the oven at 190 degrees. Cover the dishes with a lid. Simmer for an hour.
  4. The dish is ready.
