  • Fresh spinach – 100 g
  • Cream 20% fat – 200 g
  • Onions – 80 g (1 pc.)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper – a pinch
  • Dried Provencal herbs – pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

  1. We prepare all the ingredients.

    Peel the garlic.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
    Finely chop the garlic
  3. Put the onion in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, stir and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet into strips, add to the onion and garlic, fry for about 10 minutes, stirring.
  6. Rinse the spinach, shake, and slice thinly.
  7. Add spinach to chicken and onion, cook for 1 minute.

  8. Pour cream into the pan, salt, pepper, add Provencal herbs (you can use your favorite spices). Cover with a lid, simmer the contents of the pan over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
