Ground black pepper – to taste
How to cook chicken tartlets with mushrooms and cheese:
Directions
Prepare the required ingredients for the mushroom and cheese chicken tartlets. Rinse the chicken fillet, peel off films and tendons, if any.
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. (You can use any edible mushrooms, but not oily ones. With forest mushrooms, the aroma and taste of the dish is much brighter!) Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
Use a culinary hammer to beat on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Place each fillet plate in a muffin pan.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Place some grated cheese in the middle of each mold.
Then complement them with sauteed mushrooms.
Put the cheese on the mushrooms again. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake them for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve the chicken tartlets with mushrooms and cheese warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
