Chicken Tortilla Pie

Deliciously delicious tortilla pie with chicken fillet, tomatoes and cheese. An amazing combination of products. No messing around with the dough. Fast and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Tortilla cakes – 4 pcs. (1 package)
  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 500-600 g
  • Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Egg or yolk – to grease the cake
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying chicken and greasing a baking sheet

Directions

  1. We prepare products.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry it in a drop of oil, add salt and pepper (you can also use your favorite seasonings).
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Finely chop the onion.
  6. Now we collect the cake itself. Do not forget to grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the first tortilla on a baking sheet. Lubricate it well with sour cream and lay out the first chicken filling, evenly distributing it.
  7. Next comes the second cake, which is also coated with sour cream. We spread tomato circles on it, salt them lightly.
  8. Again tortilla, sour cream and grated cheese with green onions. Unfortunately, I forgot about the onion, but you put it in, because it makes the pie much tastier.
  9. Spread the beaten egg on top of the chicken, tomato and cheese tortilla pie.
  10. Put the pie in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, until browned. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
  11. The tortilla pie is ready! Delicious and original!
