Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 4 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or Chinese paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 clove (s) garlic, pressed through

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken wings as usual and blot with a cloth. Mix the oil, honey and spices together and marinate the chicken wings with it for at least 2 hours. Fry or grill with a little oil in the pan for 10 minutes.
  2. A light garden salad and wedges go well with it.
