Chicken Wings in a Pan

by Editorial Staff

A great way to whip up a meal is chicken wings in a skillet. You need a minimum of ingredients and a little of your time. We use flour for breading. Have a nice time in the kitchen.

Cook: 2 hour

Servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings – 500 grams
  • Flour – 1 Glass
  • Spices – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 Tbsp. spoons (for frying)

Directions

  1. Cut the wings into several small pieces.
  2. Pour the flour into a bowl. Wet the wings themselves and sprinkle with your favorite spices. The spices should stick well to the wings. Then roll them thickly in flour and put them in a cup. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Fry the chicken wings in a skillet with vegetable oil until crisp on all sides. It is important that the wings get into the pan while they are still cold. Then the breading will become stronger and the crust will be very crispy. Serve the wings with a side dish or sauce.

Bon appetit!
