Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken strips
  • 1 leek stick (s)
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece (s) ginger
  • some coriander green
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 125 g rice
  • salt
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
  3. Fry the chicken strips in a little oil. Add the leek, ginger and garlic and fry with them. Then add soy sauce and honey. Fry the sesame seeds separately without fat and add at the end.
  4. Serve with the rice, fresh coriander and the chilli pepper cut into rings.
