Chicken with Potatoes in a Pot

Chicken with potatoes in a pot is a wonderful dish for a home dinner or even a festive dinner with friends and family. It is difficult to spoil such a dish, so feel free to cook according to my recipe.

Ingredients

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. we lay out in pots.
2. Peel the onion, cut into rings and place on top of the potatoes.
3. Add salt and peppercorns and place the chicken pieces on the potatoes.

   

4. Now let’s do the filling. Mix chopped dill, chopped garlic and sour cream.
5. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken into the pots.
6. Add 100-150 grams of water to each pot. You can do more if you want potatoes with liquid gravy. We close the pots with lids and put in a cold oven. We turn on the oven at 180-200 degrees and forget about the pots for 40 minutes. Then we will check for readiness and, if necessary, prepare for some more time.
