Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken legs or wings
  • 6 potato (s)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken legs and pat dry. Cut the potatoes into slices that are not too thin.
  2. Spread the potatoes and chicken on a tray. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and thyme. Mix together olive oil, mustard, crushed garlic clove, lemon juice and water. Spread the oil, mustard and lemon mixture evenly over the potatoes and chicken legs.
  3. Fry in the oven at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 1 hour. If necessary, stir the potatoes in between so that they don`t stick to the baking sheet.
