Chicken with Spinach in a Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 250 Gram
  • Bow – 50 Grams
  • Spinach – 30 Grams
  • Cream – 150 Milliliters (20% fat)
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Dry Garlic – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, cut into cubes.
  4. Rinse the spinach and just tear it with your hands.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add chicken and onions – fry for 5-6 minutes over low heat.
  6. Pour the cream into the pan.
  7. Add all the spices to taste, you can also use dry herbs if you like. Simmer the chicken in the cream for 10 minutes.
  8. Add the spinach to the skillet, stir and heat for another minute. Then serve the dish to the table.
