Chicken with Vegetables in a Pot

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Eggplant – 1 Piece
  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Potatoes – 2-4 Pieces
  • Chicken Breast – 1 Kilogram
  • Cheese – 200 Grams
  • Garlic – 3-8 Cloves
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Sour cream – 200 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 3-5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Celery Root – To taste

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. You can use both white and purple onions if desired.
  2. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and send the onion there. Fry it until transparent. Wash the fillets, dry and cut into small cubes. Send to the pan with the onion.
  3. Another interesting ingredient that is included in the recipe for cooking chicken with vegetables in a pot is celery root. It must be peeled and grated.
  4. Add to chicken. Fry over medium heat.
  5. Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes.
  6. Wash, peel, chop the carrots
  7. Pour some oil into a frying pan and send potatoes with carrots there.
  8. Fry a little and add finely chopped zucchini, eggplant, or any other vegetables you want to add to this simple potted chicken and vegetable recipe. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Peel the garlic and cut into slices or pass through a press.
  10. Put vegetables, chicken and some garlic on the bottom of the pot. Add a spoonful of sour cream on top.
