Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour onto a medium-sized, approx. 20 x 30 cm baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven.
  2. Let the dough cool down and cut into thin strips approx. 10 cm in length. Fry the pieces in a pan or in the deep fryer until crispy.
  3. If you like, you can add salt and pepper to the batter or over the fries.
  4. They taste particularly good with tartar sauce.
