Ingredients

  • 2 small Can (s) chickpeas, approx. 400 g each
  • 500 g round beef
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 3 teaspoons ajvar
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • Chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. Cut the onions, garlic and paprika into small pieces and fry together with the mince. Drain the chickpeas and add to the pan. Add half a can of water and mix with ajvar and tomato paste. Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley and cumin. Also with chilli flakes to taste. Reduce heat. Crumble the feta and fold in.
  2. It goes well with flatbread.
