Ingredients

  • 1 small Can (s) chickpeas (drained weight 240 g)
  • 1 can tuna (70 g)
  • 1 small bell pepper (s)
  • 50 g sheep cheese, diced
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 1 shallot (s), diced
  • 1 small clove (s) garlic, diced
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olives, green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas and tuna and place in a bowl. Core the pepper, cut into small pieces together with the tomato and place in the bowl as well. Add the sheep cheese, olives, capers, garlic, shallot, rocket, peppermint and olive oil. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
