- For 12 pieces
- First mix the dry ingredients. In an extra bowl, stir the sugar with the egg until frothy. Add the remaining wet ingredients and finally fold in the dry ingredients.
- Pour into a muffin tin (I still line it with paper liners, it looks nicer) and bake at 180 ° C for about 16-18 minutes.
- After baking, brush with icing and decorate with smarties or love pearls (possibly also gummy bears or chocolate icing).
