• 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
• 140 g suar
• 1 egg (s)
• 80 ml oil
• 250 ml buttermilk or cream
• 1 vanilla sugar
• Sweets (smarties or love pearls)

Instructions

1. For 12 pieces
2. First mix the dry ingredients. In an extra bowl, stir the sugar with the egg until frothy. Add the remaining wet ingredients and finally fold in the dry ingredients.
3. Pour into a muffin tin (I still line it with paper liners, it looks nicer) and bake at 180 ° C for about 16-18 minutes.
4. After baking, brush with icing and decorate with smarties or love pearls (possibly also gummy bears or chocolate icing).
