Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate, (children`s chocolate)
- 600 ml milk
- 400 ml cream
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 300 ml vodka, or clear schnapps

- Break the children`s chocolate into pieces, then melt with milk, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan on a low setting while stirring constantly. Do not bring to the boil.
- As soon as the chocolate has completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down for about 10-15 minutes, then mix in the vodka. Now the liqueur only has to be bottled and put in the refrigerator. Shake before serving. Makes about 1 1/2 liters.
