- 2 bags tea (fruit tea)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 5 carnation (s)
- 125 ml orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar to taste
- 1 liter boiling water
- possibly orange (s), peeled and cut into small pieces

- Pour the boiling water over the fruit tea, the cinnamon stick and the cloves, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Strain, stir in the orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed) and honey.
- If you like, you can also add chopped orange pieces.
