  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and scratch the stalk crosswise. Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water with a pinch of sugar for about 15 minutes until al dente and drain. Halve and core the peppers and cut across into thin strips. Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the Brussels sprouts, chilli and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt.
