Ingredients

  • 150 g chocolate (chilli dark chocolate, e.. from Lindt)
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 egg (s), separate
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl with 50 g of cream. Melt in a hot water bath and allow to cool again.
  2. Beat the egg yolks and powdered sugar with a mixer until creamy and slowly stir in the chocolate.
  3. Beat the egg white and 150 g cream separately from each other until stiff, adding the vanilla sugar to the cream. First fold the cream, then the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour the mousse into dessert glasses, bowls or a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until ready to eat.
  5. Tip: As a decoration, you can dip chili peppers or strawberries in liquid chocolate and let them dry.
