Ingredients

  • 100 g sheep cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g ajvar or spicy tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • Chilli pepper (s) (jalapeños, more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. First put the cream cheese together with the ajvar in a bowl and season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Squeeze the garlic cloves with the garlic press and crumble the feta cheese into it with your hand. Stir this mass with the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until it becomes creamy. Then stand on its side and let it steep a little.
  2. Cut the pepper into small cubes and fry in the pan over medium heat. Cut the jalapeños into small pieces and fry them. When the peppers start to soften a little, add the corn and simmer everything over medium heat.
  3. After about 5 minutes add the prepared sheep`s cheese mixture and let it melt in the pan over medium heat. When the mixture is completely melted, increase the heat a little and heat the vegetables briefly more.
  4. Serve best with flatbread or baguette.
  5. Also very tasty with meatballs or grilled meat.
