Ingredients

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped paprika pulp
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes or more, amount to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, dried
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some Milk

Instructions

  1. Stir the dried herbs with a little milk until smooth and leave to swell for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the crème fraîche with cream cheese to a smooth cream and stir in the spices, paprika pulp and garlic. Finally add the herbs and oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. The dip should sit through for about 2 hours, then season again to taste.
  4. It tastes good with meat, bread or grilled vegetables and can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days.
