Garlic, small head – 1 Piece
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Sugar – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Vegetable oil – 1
Vinegar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Starch – 1 Teaspoon
Directions
Cut off the stalk of the peppers. Do not remove pepper seeds. Peel the garlic into cloves. Cut the pepper and garlic into pieces. Put in a blender and grind into a homogeneous gruel.
Transfer the finished puree to a saucepan. Add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar to the pepper-garlic mass. Wine or apple cider vinegar works well. If you want a thick sauce, add the starch. Put the saucepan with the contents on low heat and cook until boiling.
Once the sauce has boiled, remove the saucepan from the heat and refrigerate the sauce by placing it on ice. The sauce is ready. Bon Appetit! Just don’t burn yourself. A very good addition to fried, baked or even boiled meat.
