Ingredients

  • 300 g hot peppers
  • 4 bulbs garlic
  • 500 ml oil, sort as desired

Instructions

  1. Separate all the garlic cloves from the four bulbs, peel and halve. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Put the pepperoni and garlic in a 1 liter glass with a wide neck and chop up with a hand blender. Then add the oil and mix well again with the hand blender. Let the closed jar stand for 5 days so that everything flows through well.
  2. Place an old kitchen towel over a sufficiently large bowl and pour the oily pepperoni and garlic mixture into the towel. Press the oil out of the paste until practically nothing comes out.
  3. Fill the oil obtained in this way into a suitable bottle. Pour the pressed pepperoni and garlic paste into a suitable glass.
