Ingredients

  • 500 ml oil, peanut or sesame oil
  • 6 small chilli pepper (s), fresh, red (medium hot variety)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 g iner, fresher

Instructions

  1. Rinse the bottles with hot water, wash the chillies, remove the stalk and cut into 3-4 longitudinal strips, peel and quarter the garlic and remove the germ. Peel the ginger and cut into strips.
  2. Spread the ginger, chilli and garlic evenly between the bottles, pour the oil on and close with the cork.
  3. Let it steep for at least 2 weeks, shaking occasionally.
