Ingredients
- 150 g Chinese e noodles
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 100 g cucumber (s)
- 1 carrot (s)
- 0.5 stick ½ leek
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and mix with 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Dice the peeled cucumber, carrot, leek and bell pepper. Chop the garlic. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sambal oelek, remaining sesame oil, sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the vegetables and pasta with the dressing.
