Ingredients

  • 2 packs noodles, (China noodles, Mie noodles) = 500 g
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 bunch carrot (s)
  • 600 g chicken
  • Soy sauce, dark
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips about 2 hours before cooking and soak in soy sauce. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, the spring onions into rings and the carrots into small sticks.
  3. Briefly sear the meat and remove it from the pot or wok. Then sauté the vegetables.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare and drain the Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Finally, put all the ingredients in a large saucepan or bowl and season. Use a lot of soy sauce. The pasta needs to get dark.
