Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 1 leek stick (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g mayonnaise
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 g spahetti

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with the milk, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, Chinese spices and salt. Then wash or peel the vegetables. Cut the red and yellow peppers, leek and onion into small cubes and add to the sauce. Then just add the finished spaghetti and let it steep a little until you eat it.
