Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 300 g veetables, frozen (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 60 g bean sprouts or mun bean sprouts
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 300 ml broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into wedges and sauté in a wok with a little oil. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and add with the frozen vegetables.
  2. Pour in the broth and cook the vegetables in it until al dente. Add the sprouts. Mix the cornstarch with the soy sauce, approx. 3 tablespoons of water and the sugar. Thicken the vegetables with it.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Serve with rice.
