Ingredients
- 2 onions)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 300 g veetables, frozen (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
- 60 g bean sprouts or mun bean sprouts
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 300 ml broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- sugar
- salt

- Cut the onions into wedges and sauté in a wok with a little oil. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and add with the frozen vegetables.
- Pour in the broth and cook the vegetables in it until al dente. Add the sprouts. Mix the cornstarch with the soy sauce, approx. 3 tablespoons of water and the sugar. Thicken the vegetables with it.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Serve with rice.
