Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 leek
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion (s)
- salt
- Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
- soy sauce

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Season the minced meat with the Chinese spice mixture and fry it.
- Slice the washed leek until light green, clean and slice the mushrooms and dice the onion. Add everything to the minced meat and fry for a few minutes.
- Mix in the pasta and season everything with soy sauce.
