Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 leek
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Season the minced meat with the Chinese spice mixture and fry it.
  3. Slice the washed leek until light green, clean and slice the mushrooms and dice the onion. Add everything to the minced meat and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Mix in the pasta and season everything with soy sauce.
